Comprehensive Plan Review Committee...
The Comprehensive Plan Committee is established by the town charter as a standing committee of the town and charged with preparing recommendations for the town's comprehensive plan to the town meeting for adoption. State Law establishes the procedures for the establishment of the committee and adoption of the plan. The law further requires that any community that adopts a zoning ordinance, a building permit limitation ordinance, or an impact fee ordinance must do so consistent with a comprehensive plan that is consistent with the requirements of the statute.
