Staff Review Committee...

The Staff Review Committee is a committee of Town Department Heads responsible for reviewing land development applications as agents of the Arundel Planning Board  Conditional use and site plan permits issued by the Staff Review Committee usually involve projects of lesser impact and intensity than activities reviewed by the Planning Board. Public hearings and meetings are often conducted on the site of the proposed project and turnaround on decisions is considerably less than required by the Planning Board. 

The Committee meets on an as-need basis and consists of the Arundel Code Enforcement  Officer, the Town Planner, the Fire Chief, and the Public Works Director.
