Arundel Annual Report for FY 2024-2025
STATEMENT Recently it was discovered that Article numbers where either left off (Paragraph 1) and or wrong numbers identified (Paragraph 2) in the Signed Annual Town Meeting Warrant. I have discussed my error with the Town Attorney. It was determined that these typographical errors do not affect the proceedings. The Moderator will explain the identified error at the Annual Town Meeting but essential in paragraph #1 it should have referred to Article #1 & Article #2. In paragraph #2 it should referred to Article #3 thru #38. Respectfully Keith M. Trefethen Town Manager
